Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Validated Text Subtask

Use this subtask to set up valid values for each of the validated text labels you entered on the main screen.

You can access this subtask only for those rows on the main screen that have the Validated Text check box selected.

The text you specify here determines the valid entries for the label on the User-Defined Info subtask of the Manage Opportunities screen. Only the entry values you establish here are valid entries on that screen.

Use this subtask whenever you need to add or change text for the validated text user-defined labels.

Table Window

Use this table to enter validated text values.

Field Description
Text

Enter a valid value for the user-defined label. You can have as many valid values as you need for each validated text label.

To add a row in the table to enter a value, click the New Record button on the toolbar or select the New Record option in the Line menu.

Description Enter an optional description of up to 30 characters for each of the valid text values. This description is displayed along with the valid text value when you use Lookup for the label on the User-Defined Info subtask of the Manage Opportunities screen.
