Costpoint/Outlook Issue

Outlook 2002 no longer allows WFMLIST attachments in email messages.

In previous Costpoint versions, WFMLIST.EXE, WFMLIST.LNK, or WFMLIST.BAT was attached to the workflow activity email. This gave users access to the Monitor Activities and Messages screen when they double-clicked on the attachment. However, as a result of increased e-mail security in Outlook, and because many office environments no longer permit e-mail attachments with .exe, .lnk, or .bat extensions, Costpoint will no longer send the Workflow attachments.

Instead of double-clicking on the WFMLIST attachment to activate the Activity and Message Inboxes screen, you can add a custom Outlook toolbar button or use other alternatives.
