Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Cases Subtask

Use this subtask to view the case, case values, starting date/time, completion date/time, and case notes for a workflow.

You can also use it to track individual workflow cases and determine their status. You can use this subtask to review system usage. The information shown is only for one workflow, subsystem, status, filter and value.

Field Description
Workflow

This field displays the currently selected workflow.

Subsystem

This field displays the subsystem to which this workflow is associated.

Status

This field displays the status of this workflow.

Table Window

This table window displays information about cases associated with this workflow.

Field Description
Case

This field displays the workflow case.

Case Values

This field displays the workflow case label and value for this case.

Starting Date/Time

This field displays the date and time this workflow case was started.

Completion Date/Time

This field displays the date and time this workflow case was finished.

Case Notes

This field displays any special information for a particular case of this workflow.

Activities Click this link to open the Activities subtask and view the activity, transfer date/time, starting date/time, starting user id, starting user name, completion date/time, and completing user ID, completing user name, and completion notes for a workflow.
