Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Assigned Applications Subtask

Use the table window on this subtask to link specific applications to one or more messages in the Administrative Messages table window.

Set up the table window on this subtask before you use the administrative messaging features in Costpoint.

Assigned Applications

Use this table window to specify applications you want to link to messages defined on the Administrative Messages main screen.

Click to add a new entry to this table window.

Field Description
APP_ID

Enter, or click to select, the application(s) that should display the message selected in the Administrative Messages table window.

Name

This field displays the descriptive name for this APP_ID.

Company ID

Enter, or click to select, the company for which this setting applies.

OK

Click this button to save your preferences and close this subtask.
