Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Opportunity Dashboard

Use the Opportunity Dashboard to see analytics of Costpoint Contract Management data.

The Opportunity Dashboard has 3 tabs.

  • Current Pipeline - this tab displays the detailed list of opportunities based on specified pipeline stages. This helps to assess the number of opportunities that you can act upon.
  • Pipeline Breakout - this tab displays the summary of opportunity pipeline amounts broken out by stage based on the anticipated award date. This lets you assess future revenue for the company.
  • Pipeline Details - this tab displays the summary of opportunity pipeline amounts that are grouped and shows the total percentage by each stage.
