Managers use this subtask to view the list of trainings taken by their direct/indirect reports.

Field	Description
Description	This field displays the description of the type of training obtained by the employee.
Training Source	This field displays the location where the employee's training was obtained.
Start Date	This field displays the date when the employee started the training.
End Date	This field displays the date when the employee completed the training.
CEU	This field displays the amount of continuing education units earned for this training class.
