Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open Applications Subtask

Use this subtask to view information about currently active Costpoint applications.

Field Description
Application Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the currently active application.

Application ID

This field displays the identification code for this Application Name.

Hot Fix File

This field displays the most recent hot fix file installed in this application.

Screen Customization Applied

This field displays Y if this application's user interface has customized labels. Otherwise, this field displays N. You can view a list of customizable labels using the Customized Labels subtask. You can customize these labels using the Manage Standard Label Customizations screen.

Extensibility Unit Applied

This field displays Y if this application's user interface is customized by an extensibility unit. Otherwise, this field displays N.
