Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

General Information

This block displays a general overview of your Costpoint, Budgeting & Planning, or Time & Expense software.

This field displays the product's copyright information.

Framework Version

This field displays the framework version of the product you are currently using.

Emergency Release

This field displays the most recent emergency release version installed.

Monthly Release

This field displays the most recent maintenance release version installed for your software.

Regulatory Release

This field displays the most recent regulatory release version installed for your software.

System

This field displays the database Costpoint, Budgeting & Planning, or Time & Expense is currently accessing.

Company

This field displays the company into which you are currently logged in.

Validation Frequency

This field displays the validation frequency setting, which determines how often validation of values entered on Costpoint, Budgeting & Planning, or Time & Expense screens occur. This is specified when you log in to the software.

This field displays one of the following settings:

  • Field: This setting indicates that data validation occurs each time you enter a value within a field.
  • Record: This setting indicates that data validation occurs each time you save a record.
  • Application: This setting indicates that data validation occurs each time you save your modifications on an application screen.
