Schedule C — Overhead Expenses
Schedule C contains the details of the contractor’s overhead expenses.
These details include the following: account balances from the G/L Trial Balance and any adjustments to the total incurred and the claimed amount. Occupancy data in Schedule C is linked to Schedule D.
Note: Schedule C uses the standard Costpoint pool types. If your company has modified these defaults, you must modify the report accordingly.
This report compares account and organization balances between POOL_SIE_SUPPORT and GL_POST_SUM. It is expected that the variance will be zero, but if there is a variance, this figure is reflected as an adjustment. For any adjustment, the report will generate a sequential number in the notes column. This number can be used as a reference for adding text explanations in a separate document.
