Add Work Days to Schedule

Deltek recommends that you add all work days and non-work days to the schedule before adding holidays.

To add work days to the schedule:

  1. In the Type drop-down list, select Day of Week.
  2. In the Day of the Week drop-down list, select the day that you want to create attributes for. For this example, select Monday.
  3. In the Standard Hours field, enter the number of scheduled hours (example, 8 hours) for employees on this work schedule.
  4. Click the Update button. This makes all Mondays in the work schedule year a work day with 8 scheduled hours. You can repeat the procedure for all work days in the week.
