Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Alternatives for Launching WFMLIST.EXE

Aside from adding a custom button to outlook for launching WFMLIST.EXE, you can also opt to use other ways to launch the application.

  • Add a shortcut to the desktop to launch WFMLIST.EXE.
  • Keep the Monitor Activities and Messages screen open. The Monitor Activities and Messages screen does not use a license. Therefore, every user running Costpoint can have the Monitor Activities and Messages screen open, and the number of available core licenses will not be reduced.
  • Open the Monitor Activities and Messages screen via the Costpoint Menu.
