  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Total Budget Subtask

Use this subtask to view the total budgeted cost by account against the project, organization, revision, and fiscal year.

Manual Fee Override

Use this group box to override the Fee % or Fee Amount that was entered on the main screen. You can also enter an Other Fee Amt. Costpoint applies the fee values entered in these fields to the direct or indirect cost elements to arrive at new total budget amounts. The fees entered on the main screen are used for budgeted amounts on the Project Status Report (PSR) unless a manual override Fee % or Fee Amt is entered here.

  • If you enter an override Fee % or Fee Amt in this section, the PSR's Year to Date (YTD) and Inception to Date (ITD) amounts include this override amount and ignore any main screen rates and figures. Other Fee Amts are always used on the PSR and are added to the Manual Fee Override amount on this subtask.
  • If you do not enter an override Fee % or Fee Amt in this section, the PSR's YTD and ITD amounts include the main screen rates and figures. Other Fee Amts are always used on the PSR and are added to the main screen amount.

Field Description
Fee %

Enter a fee percentage in this field.

Fee Amt

Enter a fee amount in this field.

Other Fee Amt

Enter an "other" fee (Award Fee) amount in this field. This fee is added to the budgeted amount on the main screen and the total is used when calculating the YTD and ITD amounts on the PSR. If you have completed either the Fee % or Fee Amt fields, this "other" fee is added to the Manual Override amount and the total is used when calculating the YTD and ITD amounts on the PSR.

Total

This non-editable field is the total of the Fee Amt and Other Fee Amt fields in this group box.

Total Proj/Organization Budget

This non-editable group box displays information entered for this project, organization, revision, and fiscal year on the main screen.

Field Description
Direct

This non-editable field displays the total budgeted amount for the direct cost for this project.

Indirect

This non-editable field displays the total budgeted amount for the indirect cost for this project.

Cost of Money

This non-editable field displays the total cost of money for this project.

Total Costs

This non-editable field displays the total costs for this project.

Fee %

This non-editable field displays the total fee calculated based on the fee percent for the project.

Other Fee Amt

This non-editable field displays the total other fee amount entered for this project.

Total Fee

This non-editable field displays the total of the fee percent and other fee amounts for this project.

Total Budget

This non-editable field displays the total budget for this project.

Recalculate

Click this button to apply the budget changes that you entered.
