Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage UDT03S

Use the Manage UDT03S screen to add, edit, delete, and link items for UDT03. You can also link UDT03s to UDT09s.

You can use UDT03 for the Department/Transaction code. It will be linked to UDT09 if you are using the Direct Department feature.

This field is the Labor Location / Local. You will use it only if employees need to change their Labor Location/Local code or if reports using the Labor Location/Local code are required.

Note: You cannot delete a UDT03 that is being used on a timesheet line, an expense report, or a wage schedule.
