- Fill Out a Timesheet
Each timesheet period, you fill out a timesheet to record the hours that you worked and how you spent your time. - Correct a Processed Timesheet
If a timesheet has a status of Processed, the original entries are not editable. Depending on how your timesheet has been configured, you will use one of two methods to make corrections. - Audit Revisions
You can view all revisions made to a timesheet. All changes made are stored for audit purposes. - Automatically Load Favorites
Once you have a set of "favorites" for the charges that you use frequently, you have two options for adding favorites to your timesheets. One way is to have them load automatically each time you open a new timesheet. (Your other option is to select favorites manually to add to each timesheet.) - Look Up a Charge Code
When you add a new line to your timesheet, you need to enter codes that identify the projects, tasks, and so on, to which you are charging your time. Instead of entering these codes manually, you can look up valid codes that your system administrator has already set up. - Review Leave Accruals and Balances
You can view your leave balances, total hours accrued, and total hours taken in the Leave subtask on the timesheet form. - Add a Favorite Charge
Frequently used charges can be saved as favorites, enabling you to complete your timesheet more quickly. With charge favorites, you enter the codes for a charge line once and save them for future use. Your system administrator may also set up favorites for you.
