Contents of the Address/Phone Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the Address/Phone Screen.
Mailing Address
Field | Description |

Street 1 |
Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 1. |
Street 2 |
Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 2. |
Street 3 |
Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 3. |
City |
Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters for the city. |
State/Province |
Use the drop-down list to select the state/province associated with the address entered/displayed on the screen. The valid values are the states/provinces set up in Costpoint for the selected Country. If you change the Country, State/Province will be refreshed. |
Postal Code |
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters for the postal code. |
Postal Code Formatting |
A display field shows how the postal code should be entered on the screen (if it is set to be validated on the Configure Self Service Settings screen). |
Country |
Select the country associated with the address entered/displayed on the screen. The valid values are the countries that are set up in Costpoint. If you change the country in this field, the valid values on the State/Province field will be based on the country selected. |
Same Mailing and Home Address |
Select this check box if your mailing and home addresses are the same. If you select this check box, Home address will be removed from the system. Only the Mailing address will be saved to the system. If you do not select the Same Mailing and Home Address check box, a Home address will be required. The Mailing address is always required. In either case, the following fields are required: Street 1, City, State/Province, and Postal Code. Note: The Vendor Address may also be update if you select the
Prompt Vendor Address Update check box on the Manage Taxable Entity Settings screen.
The "Mailing" address is always required. The "Home" address will be required If the Same Mailing and Home Address check box is not selected. In either case, the following fields are required: Street 1, City, State/Province, and Postal Code. |
Also update my accounts payable address | This check box will only be visible if you are set up to receive Accounts Payable checks for expense payments and your company allows you to update your accounts payable address from this screen. If you edit your mailing address, the screen automatically selects this check box. Clear the check box if you do not want your accounts payable address to be updated. |

Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters for your mobile (cellular) telephone. |
