Employee Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

If you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box, use this subtask to select a noncontiguous range of employees.

This is different than using a range because you can include or exclude any employee of your choice. You can enter more than one row.

Field Description
Range Type

Use this drop-down list to select the range of employees to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • One: Select this option to include one employee on the report. Enter the ID of this employee in Starting Employee field.
  • Range: Select this option to include all employees beginning with the employee ID in the Starting Employee field and ending with the Employee ID in the Ending Employee field.
  • From Beginning: Select this option to include the starting employee ID up to the employee ID you enter in the Ending Employee field.
  • To End: Select this option to include employees from the employee ID you enter in the Starting Employee field to the last employee ID.
Starting Employee

Enter, or click  to select, the starting employee to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Type field, this field is inactive.

Ending Employee

Enter, or click  to select, the ending project to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Type field, this field is inactive.
