Line 10 Detail Subtask

Use this subtask's "drill-down" feature to review the individual transactions that compose the billing lines for line 10 on your 1443.

Because these transactions are included on bills that have already been posted, each of the fields is non-editable.

You can initialize the transaction detail history for line 10. However, the Calculate Progress Payment Bills screen does not use these amounts; initialization is for reporting purposes only.

Table Window

Field Description
Transaction Project

This field displays the project to which the transaction was posted.

Account

This field displays the account to which the transaction was posted.

Organization

This field displays the organization to which the transaction was posted.

Ref 1

This field displays the reference number 1 to which the transaction was posted, if applicable.

Ref 2

This field displays the reference number 2 to which the transaction was posted, if applicable.

FY

This field displays the fiscal year to which the transaction was posted.

Pd

This field displays the period to which the transaction was posted.

Subpd

This field displays the subperiod to which the transaction was posted.

Trans Type

This field displays the type of transaction. The type is either:

  • Burden
  • COM
  • Cost
  • Delivery
Pool

This field is applicable only for transaction lines with B and COM ID types. It displays the pool number that burdened the transaction.

Transaction Amount

This field displays the amount of the transaction that was posted.

Billing Amount

This field displays the amount of the transaction that was billed.

Write Off Amount

This field displays the costs that were previously placed on hold and were determined to be unbillable at any time.

Hold Amount

This field displays the portion of the transaction amount that was placed on hold and excluded from the bill.

Previously Billed

This field displays the billing history amount for previously billed transactions.

ID Type

This field displays either the employee or vendor ID type for labor transactions.

ID

This field displays the employee or vendor ID for those transactions with an ID Type.

Name

This field displays the full employee or vendor name for the selected ID.

PLC

This field displays the Project Labor Category (PLC) of the transaction.

PLC Description

This field displays the description of the PLC.

Voucher No.

This field displays the voucher number if the transaction was entered via Costpoint Accounts Payable.

A/P Invoice ID

This field displays the invoice number if the transaction was entered via Costpoint Accounts Payable.

Timesheet Date

This field displays the timesheet date of the transaction.

Comments

This field displays a general comment on the transaction.

Journal Code

This field displays the journal that was used to enter and post the transaction.

Source

This field displays the source of the transaction, either System or User.

Write Off Description

This field displays text explaining why amounts have been written off.

Hold Reason Description

This field displays text explaining why amounts have been placed on hold.

GLC

This field displays the General Labor Category (GLC) assigned to the employee on this transaction.

GLC Description

This displays the description of the GLC assigned to the employee on this transaction.

Cash Rcpt No.

This field displays the cash receipt number if the journal is a cash receipt.

Description

This field displays the description of the transaction.

Amount Over Ceiling

This field displays the portion of the transaction amount that is above the cost ceiling.
