Print Equal Pay Report
The U.S. Department of Labor, Office Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) requires covered contractors and subcontractors to submit an annual Equal Pay Report which provides summary data on the compensation, total work hours, and number of employees by sex, race, ethnicity, and specified job categories.
OFCCP is collecting this information pursuant to its authority under Executive Order (EO) 11246 and its implementing regulations at 41 CFR. 60-1.1, et seq. The EO prohibits employment discrimination, by covered Federal contractors and subcontractors, against employees and job applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity and national origin. These prohibitions also include compensation discrimination on the basis race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
