Subcontractor Plan Subtask
Use this subtask to track subcontractor requirements that are identified as part of the request for proposal.
You specify the subcontractor plan status and the date the plan was submitted on the RFP Info tab of Manage Opportunities. On this tab, you can also indicate the percentage of business that subcontractors need to perform.
On the Subcontractor Plan subtask, you can further break down the subcontractor requirements and track additional details about the subcontractor plan. You can specify the socioeconomic status that will be used on the subcontractor plan, and indicate the percentage of business that needs to be performed per socioeconomic status. You can also indicate the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes associated with the plan.
Click New to manually add a row to the table window, or click Load All Socioeconomic Status to load all available socioeconomic status labels in the table window. Note, however, that once you load a new row or all predefined rows and save the record, you will no longer be able to delete those rows. Only new rows that have not yet been saved can be deleted.
