Set Up Project-Dased Timesheet Line Defaults

You must select the options for the project-based timesheet line defaults that apply to each employee.

To set up project-based timesheet line defaults for an employee:

  1. Enter, or click to select, the employee ID for the employee to whom the timesheet line defaults apply.
  2. In the Project field, enter, or click to select, the project for which the timesheet line defaults apply.
  3. In the Defaults group box, use the fields and options to enter the necessary information.
  4. Click to save the new timesheet line defaults.
