View Leave History

Use this non-editable screen to view leave accruals, leave lost, leave deferrals, and leave used information.

When you execute the Post Leave Accruals screen, the application updates this table with the leave accrual, leave deferral, and leave lost information; the table permanently stores the completed leave information amounts that were posted to the General Ledger (G/L). The Post Timesheets screen also updates this table for the leave used information. You cannot directly edit any of this leave information; the leave information in this file has already been posted to the G/L.

Note: You can use the View Leave History screen any time after posting leave accruals to the G/L.
