Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure Vendor Options

Use this screen to define export parameters for vendor, vendor address, and vendor contact information.

The integration process uses these parameters to download this information from Costpoint into Costpoint CRM.

Note: In order to run this application, you must be licensed for the Deltek Connector Costpoint to GovWin CRM Integration Pack.

Before you use this screen, you must set up all your vendor information on the Manage Vendors screen.

After defining export parameters on this screen, run the integration using either of the following methods:

  • If you use Vision Web Services for integration, go to the Transfer GovWin Capture Management Data screen to run the integration.
  • If you use Deltek Connector, go to the Manage Interface Configuration and Scheduler screen to set up interface instances and schedule an integration process.
