Print Leave Edit Reports

Print leave edit reports from the Print Leave Edit Report screen from the People domain.

To print a Leave Edit Report:

  1. On the Print Leave Edit Report screen, use the fields in the Identification group box to create a new parameter ID or use Query on the toolbar to retrieve an existing parameter ID.
  2. In the Selection Ranges group box, select the leave cycle and/or transaction currency for which you want to print a Leave Edit Report.
    You can print a Leave Edit Report for all leave cycles/transactions currencies, or you can select a single leave cycle/transaction currency to include in the report.
  3. In the 1st Sort drop-down list, select whether you want to sort employee records primarily by Home Organization, Employee Name or Employee ID.
  4. In the 2nd Sort drop-down list, select the secondary sort options.
    The options available in this drop-down list depends on the primary sort option you selected.
  5. Click on the toolbar to print the Leave Edit Report.
    Note: When you close the Print Leave Edit Report screen after printing a report, the Save Parameters screen displays, providing you with the option to create a report setup based on the parameters that you used in printing that particular report.

    If there are already existing report setups, you can use on the toolbar to display these setups. You can then select the setup appropriate for your report.
