Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

UDT01 Links Tab of the UDT09 Screen

Use the UDT01 Links tab of the UDT09 screen to add and/or delete UDT01 links. A table of currently linked items displays.  

The New function will also perform differently, depending on the configuration setting for the type of link.

UDT01 Direct Links Subtask

Field Description
UDT01

This column displays the currently linked UDT01s.

Description

This column displays the currently linked UDT01 descriptions.

UDT01 Wildcard Links Subtask

Field Description
UDT09

This column displays the currently linked UDT09.

UDT01

This column displays the currently linked wildcard UDT01.
