Eligible Detail Job Titles Subtask

Use this subtask on the Manage Training Codes screen if you want the training code to be validated based on an employee’s detail job title.

If you do not want to limit the training to be assigned to an employee based on his/her detail job title, then leave this subtask blank and set the training code’s Detail Job Title Validation Method to No Validation. If the training code’s Detail Job Title Validation Method is Error, you must assign at least one detail job title to the training code.

Field	Description
Detail Job Title	Enter, or click to select, the detail job title code that is eligible for the training. If the training code’s validation method is Error, then an employee’s detail job title must be linked to the training code in this subtask in order to assign the training to the employee.
Detail Job Title Description	This field displays the description for the specified detail job title.
