  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Total Budget Subtask

Most of the fields in this subtask screen are non-editable. You can modify only the Manual Fee Override information.

If you do not apply fee to the direct or indirect cost element level of a project, you can enter the percent and amount for the project and organization in this screen.

Contract Value

The non-editable fields in this group box display information from the Manage Modifications screen.

Total Project/Organization Budget

The non-editable fields in this group box display information from the main screen and the Indirect subtask.

Manual Fee Override

Use this group box to override the Fee % or Fee Amount that was entered on the main screen. The fees entered on the main screen are used for budgeted amounts on the Project Status Report (PSR) unless you enter a Manual Override Fee % or an amount in the unnamed field to the right.

  • If you enter any Manual Override Fee % or amount in this section, the PSR's Year to Date (YTD) and Inception to Date (ITD) amounts include this override amount and ignore any main screen rates and figures. Other fee amounts are always used on the PSR and are added to the Manual Fee Override amount in this subtask.
  • If you do not enter a Manual Override Fee % or amount in this section, the PSR's Year to Date (YTD) and Inception to Date (ITD) amounts include the main screen rates and figures. Other fee amounts are always used on the PSR and are added to the main screen amount.
Field Description
Fee %

Enter a fee percentage in this field and/or a fee amount in the unnamed field to the right.

Other or Additional Fee

Use the field in this group box to enter an additional fee. This amount is added to either the fee amount on the main screen or the to the amount entered in the unnamed field in the Manual Fee Override group box in this subtask.

Field Description
Other Fee

Enter an other fee (award fee) amount in this field.

Total Fee

This non-editable field displays the sum of the amount entered in the unnamed field in the Manual Fee Override group box and the amount in the Other Fee field.

Total Project/Organization Budget

The non-editable fields in this group box display information from the main screen and the Indirect subtask.
