Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Ref No/Comments Tab

Use the Ref_No/Comments tab to view reference and comment information for the employee.

Field Description
Reference 1

This field displays the value for reference 1, to which this employee is normally assigned, if you are using the reference number feature.

Reference 2

This field displays the value for reference 2, to which this employee is normally assigned, if you are using the reference number feature.

Comments

This text box displays any additional comments you entered for the selected line This data is not validated or used in any other Costpoint applications.
