Configure Customer Options

Use this screen to define export parameters for customer, customer address, and customer contact information.

The integration process uses these parameters to download this information from Costpoint into GovWin Capture Management. Customer information is established in the Manage Customers screen.

Note: In order to run this application, you must be licensed for the Deltek Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration.

Use this screen after you have properly configured your customer information in the Manage Customers screen and before running the integration using either of the following methods:

  • If you use Capture Management Web Services for integration, go to the Transfer GovWin Capture Management Data screen to run the integration.
  • If you use Deltek Connector, go to the Manage Interface Configuration and Scheduler screen to set up interface instances and schedule an integration process.
