  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete Allocated Compensation OT from Timesheet Lines

Use the Delete Allocated Compensation OT from Timesheet Lines screen to reverse the Allocate Compensated Overtime Across Timesheet Lines process, if it was previously run.

This application reads the Timesheet table, looking for any timesheets that were assigned to the timesheet cycle chosen and entered with the date specified on the screen. No report is generated. If this process finds no records matching the timesheet cycle and date specified, a message is displayed to that effect. You can cancel if there are records found and you do not want to continue.

Note:

If you are using this feature, do not use the following three utilities: Apply Weighted Average Rates to Timesheets, Recast Overtime Premium to Timesheet Lines, and Delete Recasted Overtime Premium from Timesheet Lines.
