Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Interface Instances

Use this group box to view and/or reset the status of this interface.

Field Description
Source Type

This field displays either DB if this interface's source type is a database or FILE if the source type is a data file.

Target Type

This field displays either DB if this interface's target type is a database or FILE if the target type is a data file.

Control Map

This field displays the main integration control map name for this interface.

Version

This field displays the version number of this interface.

Dispatch Map

This field displays the main integration dispatch map for this interface.

Status

Use this drop-down list box to select -None- and reset this interface's processing status.

Options

Use this group box to specify additional options for this interface.

Field Description
Active

Select this check box to enable this interface instance to process data.

Audit On

Select this check box to enable audit processing for all objects in this interface instance.

Trace On

Select this check box to enable data tracing for all objects in this interface instance.

Note: If you select the Audit On and Trace On check boxes, Costpoint records detailed information about this integration environment and execution into log files. The trace capability adversely affects the application's performance because additional processing is required to capture the necessary detailed information.
