Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Delegation
Depending on your system configuration, you can decide whether to restrict overall delegation from one role to another, and can limit which roles are able to delegate and which roles can receive delegated tasks. You can then decide when to use the delegation feature and when to turn it off.
