Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Screens Affected by Hour Proration

The Hour Proration feature affects multiple screens and processes.

Timesheets Screen

If an employee's timesheet class is set up to use proration, proration occurs when the employee's timesheet is signed.

When a timesheet is signed and prorated, a button displays in the timesheet header that lets you toggle between displaying Entered Hours and Prorated Hours.

To correct prorated timesheets after they have been processed, you must use the Reverse Timesheet feature. See the Concept Topic: Timesheet Corrections help topic for more information.

Employee Activity and Charge Activity Screens

These screens display prorated hours instead of entered hours.

Export Timesheets Screen

This screen exports prorated hours instead of entered hours.
