Employee Phone Inquiry Subtask

Use this non-editable subtask to view the selected employee's phone information entered on the Address tab of the Manage Employee Information screen.

Field Description
Transaction Type

This non-editable field displays the type of modification for the transaction. The types are:

  • A: Add transaction
  • D: Delete transaction
  • U: Update transaction
Employee

This non-editable field displays the ID of the employee whose phone information you are viewing.

Name

This non-editable field displays the name that corresponds to the employee ID for this transaction.

Phone Number

This non-editable field displays the phone number that is on record for the employee in the Address tab of the Manage Employee Information screen.

Extension

This non-editable field displays the extension, if applicable, for the phone number that is on record for the employee in the Address tab of the Manage Employee Information screen.

Phone Type

This non-editable field displays the phone type description associated with the phone number.

Sequence

This non-editable field displays the sequence for the phone number.

Modified By (User)

This non-editable field displays the user ID (Costpoint login ID) of the system user who made the modification shown in this transaction.

Date Modified

This non-editable field displays the date on which the modification took place.
