Charge Trees/Branches Subtask

Use the Charge Trees/Branches subtask to grant or deny the group access to charge trees/branches.

Note:

A graphical charge tree representation displays at the top of the subtask. As you drill down into a tree and its branches, each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink in the graphical charge tree. Click any of these links to display the information at that level.

Subtask Fields

Field	Description
"+" Button	To drill down to the charge branch information for a charge tree, select the + button to the left of the charge tree row. The tab will display branches for the tree selected.
Description	This non-editable column displays all charge tree descriptions that exist in your system.
Code	This non-editable column displays all charge tree codes that exist in your system.
Access	Select the type of access for this charge tree for the selected group. One of the following three options displays by default: Public — This option displays if the charge tree was configured without restrictions. Granted — This option displays if the charge tree was configured with restrictions and the employee group is listed on the Restrictions tab of the Charge Trees screen. Denied — This option displays if the charge tree was configured with restrictions and the employee group is not listed on the Restrictions tab. If you change the Access default value to a different value, charge tree access is updated as follows: Public to Granted — The charge tree becomes restricted and the employee group is granted access. Public to Denied — The charge tree becomes restricted and the selected employee group is denied access. Granted to Public — You are prompted to remove all employee group authorization requirements for this charge level. Granted to Denied — The selected employee group is removed from the restrictions tab of the Charge Tree screen, and the group is denied access to the charge tree. Denied to Public — You are prompted to authorize all groups for this charge level, and all employee groups are granted access to the charge tree. Denied to Granted — The selected employee groups is added to the Restrictions tab of the Charge Trees screen and is granted access to the charge tree.
