Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Employee Personal Info

Use the Employee Personal Info screen to review your personal information.

The information displayed on this screen is comprised of the following subjects:

  • Personal information, such as name, service dates, birth date, and Social Security number.
  • Visa information
  • Military status
  • Degrees
  • Courses
  • Skills
  • Training
  • Professional Organizations

The Employee Personal Info screen is display-only. If you find errors or inaccurate information, notify your organization's Human Resource department.

Refer to this screen whenever you want to review your personal information. The Employee Personal Info screen is accessible only if your administrator has granted you browsing permissions.
