Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this subtask to select a new dental election.

This subtask displays the dental plans that you can opt to elect.

Field Description
Select

Select this check box to choose this insurance plan as your new coverage.

Plan

This field displays the insurance plan.

Coverage Level

This field displays the level of coverage of the plan (for example, "Employee," "Employee + 1," "Family,").

<Frequency> Premium (Negative indicates "Cash Back")

This field displays premium amount of the insurance plan - coverage level combination, based on the (current) pay frequency ("Monthly," "Semi-Monthly," "Bi-Weekly," or "Weekly").

Plan Information

This field displays the plan information if available. If the plan information is not available, “N/A” displays in the field.
