Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Data Defaulting/Calculations

The following table lists new row defaulting/calculations for the application.

Screen Opening Option defaults as Range
Screen Opening Non-Contiguous Ranges check box defaults as clear
Screen Opening Active check box defaults as checked
Screen Opening Inactive check box defaults as clear
Screen Opening On Hold check box defaults as checked
Screen Opening Selected for Posting check box defaults as checked
Screen Opening Depreciable check box defaults as checked
Screen Opening Non-Depreciable check box defaults as checked
Screen Opening ASCII File Delimiter drop-down list defaults to Comma
Upon Loading Data into the Table Default value of 0 (zero) for the Depreciation Adjustment Amount fields for Books 1 through x, where x equals the Total Number of Books Utilized on Configure Fixed Assets Settings for the company ID doing the export, for assets where Depr Status on the Desc Info tab of Manage Asset Master Information is Depreciable.

The following table lists defaulting/calculations from another value for the application.

Condition Default/Calculation
Asset No/Item No combination is in the Non-contiguous Range and/or the Selection Range, and passes all validations. Disposal data for that record will appear in table format when you click the Modify/View Data for Export button.

The following table lists defaulting/calculations on Save for the application.

Condition Default/Calculation
You click the Save Batch button. Disposal edit record data for records that meet the screen criteria will be saved to the Export Asset Disposal application tables for asset number/item number records in the Asset/Item Number Non-Contiguous table window or, if Non-Contiguous Ranges check box is cleared, in the Start and End Asset No/Item No fields after they have passed all validations.
You click the Save button. All screen parameters are saved, but the Start and End Asset No/Item No Start field values, the Non-Contiguous values and any edits entered in the Asset Master and Disposal Data Records subtask are not saved by this action.
