  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Race And Ethnicity Codes

Use this screen to set up and maintain user-defined race and ethnicity codes and descriptions to support your firm's record keeping requirements.

You can assign these codes to employees, and then map the codes to affirmative action race codes and to EEO-1 race codes.

Note:

Deleting a race or ethnicity code from this screen causes the deletion of any corresponding record in the affirmative action and EEO-1 code mappings subtasks. This can affect your affirmative action and EEO-1 reporting.
