Manage Employee Medical Surveillance Log

Use this screen to link required medical tests with an employee.

This table serves as a log of medical tests for each employee. For example, your company may require tuberculin testing or a pre-employment physical.

You enter medical test information on this screen as the information becomes available. Before entering information on this screen, you must first set up medical test codes on the Manage Medical Surveillance Codes screen. You can add to this screen at any time, and enter an unlimited number of records.
