  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Cobra Cost Templates

Use this screen to create a mapping of Costpoint pools and cost of money (COM) to Cobra results, identify the value type in the table window, and then identify the Costpoint pool and Cobra result.

If you have established a database connection on the Configure Cobra Interface Settings screen, you can use binoculars.gif to select and validate the Cobra results. Hours and direct costs automatically display in the Costpoint Values field and cannot be modified. Map these to the same Cobra result if they exist.

Note: The best business practice is to map all overhead and fringe pools into a single overhead result in Cobra.

You must set up at least one Cobra cost template before you can complete the Configure Cobra Interface Settings screen. You must set up all the necessary Cobra cost templates before you can run the extraction process.
