Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Period Subtask (Acct_Charges)

Use the Period subtask to view the periods in which the account was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the account/ period combinations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Field Description
Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the data displayed.

Account

This field displays the specific General Ledger account selected on the Account Charges subtask.

Account Name

This field displays the description for the associated General Ledger account.

Table Window

Field Description
Period

This field displays the period in which this account was charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated account/period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated account/period.
