Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Purge Crew Timesheets screen.

Field Description
Date

Enter the timesheet date for the crew timesheets you want to purge. This application deletes all crew timesheets up to and including the date you select. This is a required field.

OK

Use this button to begin the purge process.

Cancel

Use this button to clear the date field and exit the screen.
