Dependent FSA Election Subtask

Use this subtask to view and change annual open enrollment dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections made in ESS.

You can also assign FSA information to employees on the Manage Employee Dependent Care FSA Elections and Manaqe Employee Medical Care FSA Elections screens.

Field	Description
FSA Year	This non-editable field displays the FSA year in which the dependent care FSA election becomes effective for this employee. The value in this field defaults from the New FSA Year field on the Manage ESS Company Settings screen.
Start Date	This non-editable field displays the date on which the dependent care FSA election becomes effective for this employee. The value in this field defaults from the Start Date field on the Manage Medical Care FSA Plan Year screen for the FSA year.
Annual FSA Amount	This field displays the annual dependent care FSA amount for this employee, but can be changed. This amount cannot be greater than the Maximum Amount on the Manage Medical Care FSA Plan Year screen.
Confirmed	Select this check box indicate that the dependent care FSA election has been confirmed by the ESS administrator in this screen or by the employee in ESS. You can edit the status of this check box.
