Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Organization Elements

Use this screen to set up the elements of each organization.

You must first set up the first level, or top level, on the Manage Organization Structures screen. You cannot set up a lower level element before its "parent" element. For example, you must set up 001.0204 before you can set up 001.0204.001.

Note: You can apply organizational security to this screen. Use organizational security to grant or deny rights for individual users to view or update information for specific organizations. For more information about organizational security and how to apply it, see the related topic on Organizational Security.
