  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

How to Change an LLR Revenue Formula to a CPFF Revenue Formula

Follow a few steps to change an LLR revenue formula to a CPFF revenue formula.

To make the modification:

  1. Manually calculate the inception-to-date revenue under the new method.
  2. Modify the revenue formula.

    When you enter the new revenue formula, Costpoint displays a message stating that, if you modify the revenue formula, all of the allowable columns for the current fiscal year are deleted. Click Yes if you are changing the revenue for the entire fiscal year. If you do not click Yes, the revenue formula is not modified.

  3. Calculate revenue for the current period only or all the periods of the fiscal year.
  4. Follow closing procedures to update tables.
  5. Analyze the revenue using the new formula.
