Revision Audit Subtask (View Revisions)

Use the Revision Audit subtask to view all of the revisions made to the current timesheet.

Location

To display the Revision Audit subtask, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Time & Expense menu, click Time > Timesheets > Timesheet.
  2. On the Timesheet screen, click the Revision Audit subtask link to display the subtask.

Subtask Fields

Click the directional arrows above this upper section to navigate between available revision records. Revision details for the selected record display in table format in the lower section.

Field Description
Revision

This field displays the currently selected revision number. Use the forward and back arrows to view other revisions.

The revision number is a sequential number assigned to a group of changes made to a timesheet during a save. Timesheets start off at revision number 1, and this number is increased by one every time you save auditable changes.

Explanation

This field displays the explanation provided by the user at the time that the revision was saved.

Field Description
Signed By

If the revision is signed, this field displays the name of the employee who signed it.

Date Signed

If the revision is signed, this field displays the date and time that the employee signed it.

Field Description
Approved By

If the revision is approved, this field displays the name of the supervisor who approved it.

Field Description
Date Approved

If the revision is approved, this field displays the date and time that the supervisor approved it.

Details Table

The lower table displays details for the record selected in the form/table above.

Field Description
Revision This column displays the number for the selected revision.
Line Number This field displays the number of the line that was revised.
Date This field displays the date on which the revision was made.
UDT02 This field displays if you are linking UDT02 and UDT01. It contains the UDT02 code that was charged on the revised line. The abbreviation displays if the UDT02 check box is selected on the UDT Options tab of the General Configuration screen.
UDT01

This field displays the UDT01 code that was charged on the revised line. The abbreviation displays if the UDT01 check box is selected on the UDT Options tab of the General Configuration screen.

Charge Description

This field displays the description of the charge that was revised.

Revision Audit Detail

This field displays the automatically generated description of the revision.

Revised By

This field displays the name of the employee who made the change.

Date Revised

This field displays the date on which the revision was made.
