Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Interface Execution Status History

The View Interface Execution Status History screen monitors data integrations between Costpoint and other systems.

You can use this screen if you transfer data to/from the following systems:

  • Manufacturing Execution (MES) / Shop Floor Time (SFT): Use this screen to view the status of exporting Project Manufacturing data from Costpoint to MES/SFT. This screen displays MES/SFT rows when you run the Export Project Manufacturing Data process.
  • SilkRoad: Use this screen to view the status importing Costpoint new hire employee-related information into Silkroad and the status of exporting Costpoint employees, position requisitions, detail job titles, organizations/HR organizations, and labor locations to SilkRoad. This screen displays SilkRoad integration status rows when you run the Transfer SilkRoad Data process.
  • GovWin Capture Management: Use this screen to view the status of exporting Costpoint data object information to GovWin Capture Management and error information from the export log file. This screen displays GovWin Capture Management status rows when you run the Transfer GovWin Capture Management Data process.
