  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User DEF1 Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen to select a non-contiguous range of user-defined 1 labels to include on the A/R Aging report.

With this subtask, you can create a non-contiguous range that consists of multiple contiguous ranges of user-defined 1 labels, a single user-defined 1 label, or a combination of both.

This subtask is available only if you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box for the primary or secondary sorting group on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen.

Click on the table toolbar to activate a row in the table. You can enter multiple rows to make up a non-contiguous range of user-defined 1 labels.

Field Description
Range Type

From the drop-down list, select a type of range for user-defined 1 labels. The options are:

  • One: Select this if you want only one user-defined 1 label on the report. Select one user-defined label 1 in the Starting User Defined Label 1 field. The Ending User Defined Label 1 field is disabled for this option.
  • Range: Select this if you want a range of user-defined label 1s on the report. Enter the first user-defined label 1 of the range in the Starting User Defined Label1 field and the last user-defined label 1 in the Ending User Defined Label 1 field.
  • From Beginning: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts at the beginning of all available user-defined label 1 and ends with the user-defined label 1 that you enter in the Ending User Defined Label 1 field.
  • To End: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts with the user-defined label 1 that you enter in the Starting User Defined Label 1 field and ends with the last of all available user-defined label 1s.
Starting User Defined Label 1

Enter, or click to select, a user-defined label 1 as start of the range.

This field is available if you selected One, Range, or To End in the Range Type field.

Ending User Defined Label 1

Enter, or click to select, a user defined label 1 as the end of the range.

This field is available if you selected Range, or From Beginning in the Range Type field.
