  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Scheduled Job History Subtask

Use this subtask to view the status of all operations that are scheduled within the current job.

The execution methods must be Process Server. If the current job is not submitted through the job server, this subtask does not display any information. Use this subtask whenever there is a need to check the status of each operation within the job. In the circumstance that a job has failed or been cancelled, you can review the details of completed versus failed operations to fully analyze the job status.

Field Description
Application Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the application responsible for processing this job step.

Submitting User

This field displays the user ID of the individual who submitted this job to the job server.

Status

This field displays the current status of the selected job.

Started Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this job was started by the job server.

Scheduled Job History

Use this group box to view the general details of the currently selected job.

Field Description
Job

This field displays the identification code of the currently selected job. The field to the right of this field displays the descriptive name for this job.

Job Group

This field displays the job group to which thisJob belongs.

Scheduled By

This field displays the user ID of the individual who submitted this job to the job server.

Submitted Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this job was submitted.

Scheduled Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this job is scheduled to be processed.

Started Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this job was started by the job server.

Scheduled Job Steps

This table window displays job step information on the currently selected job.

Field Description
Sequence

This field displays sequence number for this job step.

Status

This field displays the current status of this job step.

Name

This field displays the descriptive name for this job step.

Started Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this job step was started by the job server.

End Date/Time

This field displays the date and time on which this step was successfully completed, aborted due to errors, or cancelled by a user.

Application Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the application responsible for processing this job step.

Parameter ID

This field displays the parameter ID used by the application to run this job step.

Report Name

If this job step generates a report, this field displays the descriptive name for that report.

Action Name

If this application performs an action, this field displays the descriptive name for that action.

Subtask Description
Restartable Job Details Click this link to open the Restartable Job Details subtask and view the job sequence, step type, description, and start and end date/time details for each restartable job that failed or was cancelled by the user.
