Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Prompts

These are Audit Log prompts.

Prompt Message

Description

Date Range From

Select the start date for the date range that will be included in the report.

Date Range To

Select the end date for the date range.

Limit log type

Select the log type to be included in the report which can be:
  • Authorized
  • Unauthorized

Limit part

Enter a portion of one or more parts in the Keywords field to be added on the report.

You can use the steps in entering keywords in the Keywords fields to return the results you are looking for.

Limit rev

Select a revision from the drop-down list.

Limit employee(s)

Enter a portion of one or more employees in the Keywords field to be added on the report.

You can use the steps in entering keywords in the Keywords fields to return the results you are looking for.
